CANCELLATION POLICY
โข If you, unfortunately, have to cancel or reschedule please reach out via TEXT or PHONE CALL at least 1 week prior to your scheduled service to avoid additional fees. โข All deposits are non-refundable. โข 15 minute grace period, if exceeded your appointment may be canceled/ rescheduled. โข I charge a 100% no-show fee. In the event of a no-show you will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service and/or banned from booking future appointments. โขPolicies are applicable to complimentary/model services.
