Cancellation Policy
• I charge a 100% no-show fee. In the event of a no-show you will be charged in full for the scheduled appointment & banned from booking future appointments.
• 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• I allow a 15 minute grace period, in the event you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be considered a cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• In the event that your appointment is rescheduled 3 or more times you will be required to put down a 50% deposit towards service. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your reserved appointment & a cancellation fee.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
